The beef kebabs are pretty tasty. Comes in a 2 pack of 6 kebabs. Heated them up in the air fryer for 6 minutes, threw them on a low carb wrap with lettuce, pickled onion, feta cheese, greek yogurt and ranch dressing.

They spelled "Kabobs" incorrectly?
I am in Idaho for the winter, but after the Super Bowl I plan to head to Spokane and for sure will pick up a rotisserie chicken, maybe two.

Spelled kabob only in 'murica. My wife is a very picky eater and loves them. No, they may not be as good as kebabs from a street vendor in NYC but very flavorful and relatively low carb. You can Google the reviews, generally positive. YMMV. That's the nice thing about Costco, you can always take it back if it doesn't meet expectations.

Mixing it up for Pizza Night. Diced up some Beef Kebabs from Costco and topped with pineapple and cheddar to make a Hawaiian Cheeseburger Pizza.

My most hiking-relevant Costco find: Tasty Bite Madras Lentils.
They're a screaming deal when they're on sale — which happens at least once a year. They basically taste like vegetarian chili, and they're not bad at room temp, so they're perfect for backpacking or car camping if you don't feel like firing up a stove. (If you do want to heat them up, just toss the packet in some boiling water.)

I TOTALLY AGREE!!!
Hint: boil them separate with Uncle Ben's instant rice in the packet. Then mix the two together after all the "boiling in the packet step is done". It is heavy to carry. But if you are just going for an overnighter...its pretty good. Hint: The Uncle Bens instant rice takes about 3 times longer to heat up in boiling water compared to the Tasty Bite.

If they only had a dehydrated version i would get 50% of my backpacking calories from those things.
