It’s Big Creek in the Olympic Mountains. The water has started flowing too hard to cross like that without being swept down. With the confluence turnouts to the creek it’s almost 5 miles round trip. The trail is uphill then downhill, with bridges over creeks. Use Big Creek to challenge kids and elderly very hard, if they are ready.
