Beautiful. Looks like a peaceful place to spend the night and enjoy the day. Thanks for sharing! up.gif We were up on Dickerman on Saturday, admiring Headlee Pass... would've waived if we knew you were there! hockeygrin.gif wave.gif

Thanks for all the nice comments guys. The clouds came through as I'd hoped, making for some nice sunset shots. Jetlag, yes, there were some sluffs, infact I set off a pretty good one skiing down to the lake, but as usual with these wet spring sluffs if you set it off on purpose you just ski to the side and let it clear the slope - hence sluff management. I would have skied the gully next to the standard down from Headlee if anyone had been climbing up to the pass, I set off a goodly wash down a growing runnel on skier's left side of the gully (I should have gone over there for better snow in any event). Here are a few more pics I just finished processing:

Yeah, nice... Your timing, the execution, the routes, the camp, the photos, and the TR - you nailed them all. Well done!

I was going to say the exact same thing. Nice job Jim! That must have been sublime being up there at sunset watching the lighting and soaking up alpine glory. We're not in Kansas -- this is our back yard!
